We see patients by appointment from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays; from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesdays; and from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursdays.

Our new facility is located at 2645 Arapaho Road, Suite 113, in Garland. We are on the Northwest corner of Arapaho Road and Shiloh Road near Starbucks and the Tom Thumb grocery store. You'll find us on the first floor occupying a large suite designed and decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Our office is making a concerted effort to keep the cost of your dental care down so that you and your family can receive quality, individualized care. In order for us to achieve this goal, payment by cash or check at the time of your dental visit is preferred. A 5% accounting reduction is available if you pay, in full, for services in advance of treatment. As an optional convenience for you, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

To ensure every patient is given quality time, appointments are required for non-emergency care. We respectfully schedule your appointments to prevent long waits, and we will make every effort to stay on schedule. We believe that your time is as valuable as ours, so you can expect us to be prompt and efficient.

Understanding that many patients are anxious about a visit to the dentist, we strive to maintain an atmosphere of gentleness, efficiency and sensitivity. If you are a newcomer, we would like to offer you a "Get Acquainted Tour" so that you may personally assess our office and meet our staff. If you like what you see, we will gladly assist you in completing paperwork and transferring your records. During your first appointment we will discuss your medical history as it relates to Dental care. After evaluating your teeth, gums, jaw joints, muscles and soft tissues of the mouth, we will take any necessary x-rays.

(continued) When the dental treatment needed exceeds your budget, our financial coordinator can assist you in making alternative arrangements with several third party financing companies. These companies are CareCredit and Capital One Healthcare Finance.

We will then "tour" your mouth with our intraoral video camera that allows you to see on a television monitor the close-up condition of your teeth and gums. Finally, using the specific information we have compiled, we will recommend a treatment plan for optimal oral health that includes procedures, options and fees.Your complete understanding and agreement with this plan will be necessary before any treatment begins. Follow-up appointments and regular preventive recare visits will be scheduled with your convenience in mind. While the primary responsibility for returning for these visits rests with you, we will gladly provide advanced reminders confirming your reserved time.

(continued) As an additional courtesy to our patients, we are able to file your insurance claims and accept an assignment of your benefit. We ask you to pay the estimated amount not covered by your insurance at the time of each of your appointments. We also stress that insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and that you are ultimately responsible for paying in full for all of the services you receive.
